Great location and near perfect experience. The sofa bed was lumpy and the mattress needed changing to make it more comfortable.

Great Place

Pros: The layout of the room was great, had three distinct parts: kitchen/dining, sitting area and sleeping area. The little balcony is a bonus.
Cons: Did not find the instructions how to regulate the heating, the microwave.
Location: Six underground lines nearby as well as two tram lines. Liked the Keiser Zeit bakery as well as the Thai restaurant Thai Snack.
Extremely well designed rooms, lovely bathroom, conveniently located, could walk to most of my favourite places in Frankfurt.

im grossen und ganzen gut. Jedoch die Kommunikation zwischen den Mitarbeitenden war beim Check-Out Erlebnis leider nicht sehr gut.

Sehr schönes Hotel hat eine gute Lage alles ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Das Frühstück könnte für ein 4* Haus besser sein.
