Nestled within the regional transportation hub of Franfurt airport, this location provides direct access to transportation, food, and consumer services. The hotel itself is modern, well kept, and with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast room and meal quality were excellent. However, as a senior citizen coming from abroad with some heavy luggage, I want to alert others of rooms potentially located far from the elevator, with no obvious means of help. I can't fault the hotel itself because I didn't ask for a more accessible room, nor checked if baggage service was available. Next time I will. My other difficulties were with the layout of the airport: the confusing and inconvenient access to cabs and shuttle buses, and very long walks to get to access points between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 (international). These are cautions for future travellers that apply to the surroundings, but are not included in my ratings for the hotel itself. For accommodation, I would stay here again.

I stayed one night prior to a flight the next morning. The staff member who checked me in was rather rude and clearly did not want to answer my question about their restaurants. She didn’t even point out elevator location or anything - just handed me the key card and told me what floor the room was on. I had been traveling through Europe for the previous month and never encountered someone so disengaged from their job at checkin as this person.

Lack of english channels on the tv was a low point, reception staff didn't clearly mention breakfast times at the resteraunt or check out times. Also would have been nice to know about the 50 euro deposit that was required for each booking, was not aware of this until checking into the hotel.

Extremely convenient to the airport, and the fitness facility is one of my favorites at hotels I’ve stayed. The line can get quite long to check out in the morning, so do yourself a favor and make sure you request express check out when you check in. The room itself is a bit cramped, but the bed is super comfortable, and I slept very well.
