Perfect Location/Newly Renovated/Well Maintained
Excellent location; the train station is literally right there. Old town is 1 stop away. The hotel went through a renovation and it’s so nice, clean and well maintained. My room was on the quaint side, but it was perfect for my needs; I mean how much time do you spend in your room. The bathroom was huge and spacious; loved it. I had no problems with my stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

I was charged a 2€ fee even though I was there on business. Other hotels will not charge tourist fee when I’m on business travel. There’s outdated carpet throughout the hotel including in hotel rooms. As result it smells a bit and the room smelled like a dog stayed in room. The bathroom’s shower head had not been cleaned in months. There was a significant amount of calk or mold on the shower head. No one had cleaned the area above toilet as it was dusty. The room was inexpensive and a decent place to stay for one or two nights.

Straightforward stay, no issues, nice enough room if basic (would have beenn nice to have tea/coffee not just a kettle. Was very hot in room but older property so no air con but there was a large fan so not a problem. No on site dining but then you know this when you book and everything is on the doorstep (even Mcd's if thats your thing. Bit of a dodgy area, known to be a bit of a druggy hangout nearby but i didn’t feel unsafe.

The location is close to public transport and easy access to the airport, central railway station and fairground by S-Bahn, a lot of dining choices, a pleasant walking area The staff are helpful, clean and comfortable property
