My family and I had a lovely stay at the JW Marriott. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is terrific, and the location is perfect (close to everything in the center of Frankfurt). Highly recommend!

Loved this hotel! Fantastic bedding, great housekeeping, super helpful bell-person staff and front end staff. Loved the breakfast and complimentary water/drinks. Instant shopping right outside. I would stay here again as my first choice. I will have to check out other JW Marriotts now too

One of the best hotels in Europe.
My wife and I stayed at the Marriott for one night (Deluxe room) in July 2024. This was our second stay during our six-week European trip. We stayed for two nights at the beginning of our trip, having flown into Frankfurt from Asia. We were so impressed with this hotel, we decided to stay one more night before our return flight from Frankfurt, rather than travel directly to the airport. We were very, very happy with this decision! We received an upgrade to a beautiful suite overlooking the city. The room was incredible! Beautiful, large and luxurious. In general, the hotel and the rooms are very modern, new and have everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is also perfect, and the hotel personnel are lovely and very helpful. This will be the only place we will ever stay in Frankfurt. We were overcharged (€75) for a taxi ride from the hotel to the airport (nothing to do with the Hotel), so make sure you either agree on the charge up front, or that the taxi uses the meter. I usually follow this, but just forgot this time.
