We stayed at this hotel for four nights. We loved everything about it. The beds were very comfortable, it was very quiet and the decor was amazing. The AC was strong and that is what you need when there was a heat wave in Frankfurt. We were able to check in at 11 AM. The front desk can be a hit or miss. We got friendly people and not so friendly. The hotel is very well located. There is a shopping centre right beside it with a supermarket on it (REWE), a food court and a pharmacy. The subway station is a 3 minutes walk. Only one station away from the main train station in Frankfurt. There are three big restaurants right behind it on Europa-Allee

Pretty great!
The hotel was wonderful, in fact probably the best hotel we’ve stopped at in a long time. The staff were great, the room/air con was great, the shower temperature and pressure were great, and finally the view from the room (10th floor) and roof top bar was truly spectacular. What more can I say, we loved it!

Awesome Experience at nhow!!
Amazing hotel! Clean, modern 70’s feel. The rooftop bar on floor 47 is a must visit! The VIP lounge is also worth the extra cost!! I would definitely recommend this hotel. Location is also perfect!

Modern Property
Front desk service bordered on nasty on two occasions. The property itself is in great shape. Very modern...so modern it has a vibe that it is trying toobhard to be modern and trendy. Location is near a large shopping mall and varied restaurant options, but not near the older part of town.

The property & customer service was above expectation! The only problem I faced was being double charged at checkout. Although, I paid my reservation in full through Expedia, I was asked to give a card as a guarantee, & it was charged the hotel’s nightly rate in addition to the guarantee amount.
