Breakfast was a big disapointment. Everything run out and they did not bring more food even though there was still couple of hours left to go to breakfast. The sofa in the room was filthy. It did not even come to mind to sit on it. I hope they dont expect anyone to sleep on it... The elevator was broken and our room was in the 4th floor. The bed and pillow and blanket were exelent. That was the only reason why we did not change the hotel. We only used the hotel for sleeping because we did not want to go back and forth the stairs... The hotel is not responsible of the neigbourhood but that was really something else. The location nearby the railwaystation sounds good and i knew in advance that there might be some alcoholics nearby but i could not imagine even in my wildest dreams what it would be like! There were hudreds of people lying around or hanging on the streets and some tried to sell us drugs. And they used dugs, that was very obvious. We had to plan a detour to the hotel to avoid the worst part of the neigbourhood. And the nights were very restless, people was talking to themselves ja sceaming aloud. It was something I have never seen in my life even though i have travelled a lot and seen bad neighbourhoods! It is weird that the locat authorities wont do anything because that area sure i a big problem!! So, if you go to Fankfurt, i advice you, avoid this area!!

Na ja. Empfang war noch freundlich gewesen, Check Out nur ein Schlüssel aus der Hand reißen. Insgesamt wirkt das Personal eher dem Gast gegenüber sehr distanziert. Zimmer für den Preis na ja okay. Im Bad stößt man sehr schnell überall an, da es sehr klein und schmal ist. Bett okay, Wlan ungesichert und TV funktioniert auch nur sehr bedingt mit wenig Programmen. Insgesamt na ja der Lage wegen direkt gegenüber des Hbf, okay aber mehr auch nicht. Der Preis für eine Nacht war über Expedia okay gewesen.

Mir hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen, vor allem weil es sehr zentral liegt. Ausserdem sind die Zimmer sehr sauber. War dehr zufrieden mit allem. Liegt in der Nähr des Bahnhofs.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral direkt gegenüber des Hauptbahnhofes. Sehr günstiger Preis und gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Lage gut. Personal unfreundlich und gestunken. Zimmer sehr unsauber unf kein balkon obwohl wir wollten. Läden baba offen ganze nacht aller.

Sehr zentrales Hotel. Nah am Bahnhof, damit jedoch auch im Zentrum der Obdachlosigkeit, Bettler und der Uringerüche. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die alten Holztüren zum Zimmer werden mit einem Schlüssel geöffenet. Das Zimmer erscheint besser als der Rest vom Hotel. Es gibt viele Steckdosen, ein Fenster im Bad und einen Safe für Wertgegenstände. Der Geräuschpegel von draußen ist für Bahnhofsnähe (mit geschlossenem Fenster) angenehm. Schlimmer ist jedoch der Geräuschpegel im Hotel. Sowohl Gäste als auch Reinigungspersonal sind zu jeder Uhrzeit sehr laut. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Der Spritzschutz ist nur 1/3 der Badewanne, sodass man sich in die Ecke quetschen muss. Es gibt einen Seifenspender am Waschbecken, der jedoch direkt über dem Toilettenpapier hängt. Tropft der Spender nach oder geht man mit nassen Händen hin ist das Papier nass. Einen Handtuchhalter gibt es nicht am Waschbecken, sodass man stets zum Handtuch hinter sich an der Badewanne greifen muss. Der Abzug für die Toilette wird vom Toilettendeckel verdeckt. Man muss sich beim Sitzen nach vorne beugen und den Deckel gegen den Rücken lehnen, um abzuziehen. Für mehr Negatives ist textlich kein Platz.
