I stayed only 1 night (after arriving later in the day), on my way elsewhere. So I didn't raise issued until I was checking out. Front desk seemed to take the issues seriously. The shower knob didn't work, and taking a full bath was not my thing (I'm a guy and traveling). I didn't think there was a second towel (bath vs. hand) although I may have missed it. The towel I did find was on the thin side. I stated at a different hotel on my way back through Frankfurt am Main, and liked it a lot more.

The property in conveniently located across the main train station. That said, it's a very shady area, close to the red light district, druggies and homeless are loitering on the siedewalks around the property. The rooms are basic. Rolling shutters were not working in the first room, in the second room the bathroom door couldn't be closed without a struggle. That said, front desk did everything in his power to accompdate us. Friendly and very helpful. All in all, you get what you pay for. It's diable for a night.

It was absolutely a nightmare story at this hotel and my recommendation is for no one to get scammed here. I thought paying a decently good amount and near the central station would be a good choice but definitely was not the case. There was blood on the curtains, the floor was not clean at all, going stains on the carpets, washroom was dirty. The whole experience was just hell. No Ac, water is not supplied, resteraunt downstairs is closed.

Disgusted by this property. I got bit by bed bugs and had to go to a pharmacy for medication. Reported to reception and as no other rooms got my room cleaned (if you call it that) was told the manager wasn’t in and would call me. No call Reported again and was told he’d be in at 8am the day I was leaving. Had a train booked for 8:30 across the street. Was told he was on his way and be 5 minutes. 8:25am and still no show so had to leave and was directed to his email. Emailed him on the train and now 24 hours later still no reply. Hotel looks nothing like it does on site. Run down and disgusting. Believe it’s being run with a receptionist and one cleaner. Carpet all stained, shower doesn’t work so had to use bath, shower glass clearly never been cleaned and the curtains don’t fit the window so no matter which way you draw them there’s a couple of inch gap the light beams in. Please avoid

Property is tired and run down… nothing was open except the old indoor pool. Everything worn out. Room didn’t have freshness or clean feel. Bedding and towels were old and worn. Whilst it wasn’t expensive, it wasn’t what was advertised .. the staff were delightful and helpful.

Shabby and no where near standard for its claimed 4 star rating. 1 star would be more accurate. Near main station and area plagued with drunks and druggies. Property has seen its best days a long, long time ago. Avoid.

Close to the main train station so easily accessible for connections to the airport, around the city and even to the National lines too. We went to Cologne one day so getting to the station was no problem. As for sites around Frankfurt, 10 minutes walking distance to the main tower and Romer Square. An ideal hotel if you’re wanting a good location with a good price.

Did not supply essentials like kettle tea bags or coffee, bedding could have been updated and not used pillow pass their date. I have been charged 2 tea bags for 1 euros on my bank card as I didn't have cash at the time. Transport was easily accessible.
