New hotel, close to public transit, next to the European Central Bank. Pros: Nice design, great breakfast. Cons: Standard rooms are a tight for two people with regular suitcases. Windows are small, makes room dark. Too bad. Towels thinner than expected. Kettle - okay but better if there was a Nespresso machine! Staff: not very keen or friendly. No guaranteed early check in (I had to ask twice to even get a response re. that) and then there is a charge when you arrive? If you charge for it, you should guarantee it. Also: Asked for room with a view of the river but didn't get one (it's okay if there isn't one available but then don't lead us on by telling us otherwise). Much staff standing around at breakfast rather than busy with refilling or cleaning. Hot breakfast was not very hot, even at 6:30 am. Heating lamps not working properly? So - good but could be great with some improvements!

Nice and modern rooms. The thermostat was not working well so had to open the door to refresh the room. The showerhead had variances in temperature sometimes was cooler and the burning. Needs attention
