The bed was wonderful. Easy check in and out, but the only issue we had was mold in the shower and a cockroach in the room and one in the lobby.

We booked this hotel because we had stayed here five years ago and had a good experience. The hotel has aged some. We had trouble at check in because we had booked through a 3rd party. It was a sold-out weekend and only one person was working the desk. He was very stressed, but did his best to accommodate. Once in our room, the a/c wasn’t working. Luckily for us, someone cancelled, and we were given a room with working a/c. The water pressure in the shower and toilet was a bit lacking, but overall we had a pleasant experience.

The room smelled horrible and the humidity was unreal. The room seemed clean but the shower had mold around the edges. We were not aware there was an adjoining room and we listened to our neighbors all night. Breakfast was okay. It was standard continental breakfast.

The fire alarm went off at around 2 am woke us up and re scrambled to get out stuff together to evacuate , I opened the door to look down the hall to see if there was smoke or people in halls but nothing So I called the front desk and the lady said oh it was just a false alarm! I won’t be going back to this hotel
