Hotel is due for a renovation. Room had a musty/tobacco odor. Furniture was stained and had rips in the fabric. Would find another hotel next time.

The room was quiet and served our needs, but it was less than perfect. The desk lamp had a burnt out light bulb. The front desk did not have a replacement bulb. Only one of the room keys worked, so I took them to the front desk for replacements. Of these two new keys, only one worked. The walls in the room needed painting. The refrigerator motor was noisy. The blackout curtains were usable, but were not hung correctly. The mattress was okay but not great. There were not enough clothes hangers. When we checked in on Friday night we were told there would be no hot water in the hotel until Tuesday. I asked for a discount on the rate, but none was available. I will not stay in this hotel again. Clearly they are not doing necessary maintenance and don't care much about customer happiness.

Where to begin. There was no hot water - we were told this at checkin. But since this was a last minute booking for one night and chose non refundable, we decided to stay. The carpet needed cleaning. The bathtub was dirty. There was no hairdryer, you could see where there used to one on the wall. The mini fridge gurgled all night. I would not call breakfast a buffet, it was very limited.

We got a good deal on the room, but we chose it for the indoor pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were open, but the hot tub was ice cold. The pool was warm, but after we got in we noticed algae or mold in the inside of the pool. My husband rubbed some of it with his toe to see if it were just stained, but it came off of the wall! There was also all kinds of nasty things floating in the surface of the water, which we didn’t notice until after we got in. We quickly jumped out and got showers. The bed was comfortable and seemed very clean, but the pool experience ruined the stay. I would have preferred that the pool were closed rather than be open and dirty.

Our room could have been a lot cleaner. And when we tried to do the breakfast the room was the same way. It was so bad my husband had an allergy attack so we left. I wish we didn’t have to stay there on our way home but we don’t have a choice.

Don’t stay at this location!!

We have stayed at Country Inn and Suites many, many times and this stay terrible. When we went down to the indoor pool, there was something floating in the water that looked like vomit. I tried to call the front desk 3 times, no answer and went down twice and no one was there to report it to.There was a picture missing on the wall, not enough towels (and did not bring extra), and there were holes in the blackout curtain. Heat did not get above 69 degrees despite trying to set it higher. The room and hallways smelled musty. The pool and hot tub looked dirty and there was a lack of chlorine smell that you find with an indoor pool. Did not bother with the free breakfast. Unfortunately this was a horrible stay all the way around! Not sure I will stay at this chain again.

Worst stay ever. Bed bugs- never in our life have we experienced this. We let the hotel know and they could care less, they contacted us because we left an item in our room and we told them we left early in a hurry due to the bed bugs and they did not seem one bit surprised, no apologies, no comment, just to let them know what we discovered we had forgotten once we got home because they can’t tell us what it is. We called them when we arrived home and they told us they’d mail our mouse that day (it was a mouse we’d forgotten in our rush to get out of there). It’s two weeks later and we called since we hadn’t received it and they informed us we would have to give them a credit card for them to mail our mouse back. Still no apologies, no customer service at all. No one ever called us to ask us for payment to get our MacBook mouse, the last they told us they were mailing it. We had to reach out to them again and suddenly they want payment. I’ve never had such awful service in my life, I am floored.

Just ok for a quick night

Not the best, not very comfortable, not very clean. The whole hotel needs a good cleaning and updates. The smell of the room when you go in is not good. Pros of the place is that it has a mini fridge and microwave in the room.
