We have stayed here many times and was terribly disappointed this time. The lobby floors and stairs needed cleaning. Our first key card did not work. Luckily we had 2. The room was dark. The carpets were dirty and very stained. We made sure to.keep socks on at all times. The shower and bath ceiling had mold. Even the tv channel guide was incorrect. They offered to move us when i went to complain but could only imagine the other rooms were in the same condition and we had been traveling all day. Luckily the beds were comfortable after a long day of travel. In the morning when we were checking out we told the clerk the room needed to be deep cleaned. He responded Im sure. The manager gets told that all the time. Expedia should think twice about advertising this unit.

The checkin was fine. The bed extremely comfortable, the breakfast was typical. The rest??? The upholstered fair and ottoman were so disgustingly stained and dirty that I was afraid I would catch something if I sat on it. The carpeting was badly stained and rippled. The tv remote did not work and 2 of the lightbulbs in the bathroom didn’t work. I have to question the ability of the housekeeping dept. All in all I paid $100 for what I could have gotten for $50 elsewhere. I have stayed at Country Inn and Suites frequently in my travels. This place was a disappointment.

Quick overnight stay
Only had an overnight stay here, arrived early evening and left soon after breakfast. All seemed okay, room comfortable breakfast set piece for this type of accommodation,. Staff friendly and helpful, given hot cookies on arrival which was a nice gesture.

All good, no problems or concerns. I just wish guest would not feel the need to speak loudly in the hall ways, and allow their children to run and scream in the hallways early in the mornings. You are disturbing other guests!
