The hotel property was very clean. One thing missing from the property was the dining options offered by the hotel. Coffee and tea options were limited to certain times. During those times, there were insufficient cups and coffee condiments available for coffee provided. For instance, not enough cups, coffee stirrers, and sugar. Check-in using Expedia was excellent.

There was a false Fire alarm there was terrifying 3:20 am had immediately evacuated out of the hotel Told outside with 100’s of guests for 40 minutes Fire truck never came didn’t see any staff for instructions. Eventually everyone started going back inside the hotel an employee said that it’s ok to go back to out rooms. He resolved the issue and cancelled the call to the fire department. It was a horrible exhausting experience. People should be compensated for this horrible situation

My grandson got an overnight trip as a reward because he loves to swim! Very nice, convenient. My only complaint would be a chain lock on inside of door would be nice. Everything else was nice and he loved it!
