The staff of the Inn & restaurant were very friendly. Our bathroom was very dated & ventilation was not good. The wifi in our room did not seem to be working all the time.

A great place to stay with accessible rooms: door to the interior of the hotel and a door from the parking area. The only downside was the noise from the car park and headlights illuminating the room occasionally. The restaurant and bar facilities were excellent with good meal choices and friendly staff. Breakfast was also excellent with service at table, good food and menu choices. Definitely a 5 star breakfast. Facilities were good: fitness room, pool, and hot tub. As seems usual, no changing room for the pool; you either wander about the corridors in your swimming gear or strip off poolside! Overall, a great hotel experience.

The room was very big and had a hardwood floor. This is good, since it means less dust. However, the bathroom looked like it was last updated in 1970. The heating system was VERY noisy and I only realized in the morning that it was set to "cool" at a very low 19C even though it was down to 10C outside. Ugly carpet in the halls should be ripped up and burnt. Elevators are at the far end of the building from the lobby for some reason. Decent coffee maker, fridge in room (empty, for my own use). Some coffee creamers in the fridge would have been nice, though.

It was very clean and quiet. If anything I would change the pool area the pool looked a little dirty and I had my mom with me who is an elderly lady and we couldn’t enjoy the pool as kids where jumping in the pool right beside us. I believe there was a birthday party right by the pool and my son found a chocolate bar in the pool it was still package beside that it was definitely one of the better hotels I stayed at we will be back in the near future. Still in wrapper.

Very nice bed! Friendly and helpful staff. Great central location although getting into parking lot from the south is tricky!! Go through wall mart parking lot around back is the trick.

Good enough for a one night stop over. Large facility that was probably amazing in its day. Needs a complete renovation removal of stinky dirty carpets and well used beds and linens. Staff were great and breakfast was good. Thanks.

Air conditioning was broken, room was sweltering hot. Told staff and they couldn’t have cared less. Needs renovation. Old dirty carpet, 70s orange and brown tile, tub worn through; all needs to be replaced. However, price was ok and location convenient which keeps us coming back.
