Musste eine Stunde warten bis ich einchecken konnte, da Zimmer noch nicht fertig, trotz offerierten Kaffee nervig. Sauberkeit grad so akzeptabel, könnt besser sein.

Wir bedauern jedoch, dass Sie eine Stunde warten mussten, um einzuchecken. Wir bieten normalerweise einen frühen Check-in ab 13 Uhr für 20 an, aber es kann in Ausnahmefällen zu Verzögerungen kommen. Wir hoffen, dass der angebotene Kaffee zumindest ein wenig zur Entspannung beigetragen hat.Wir entschuldigen uns auch für die Sauberkeit Ihres Zimmers, die nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprach. PreisLeistungsverhältnis TOP! Personal sehr freundlich! Einzig die Ausstattung der Pantryküche sollte überdacht werden. Es erschließt sich nicht, warum bei einem kleinen zwei Plattenherd ein Bratentopf und eine Auflaufform vorhanden ist, aber kein Wasserkocher oder kleiner Topf zum Teewasser erhitzen. Ansonsten aber klasse, wir kommen bei Bedarf gerne wieder!

Bezüglich der Ausstattung der Pantryküche möchten wir uns für eventuelle Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigen. Wir bieten in jedem Zimmer eine voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile an, jedoch sind Wasserkocher nicht standardmäßig enthalten. Allerdings können Sie jederzeit einen Wasserkocher an der Rezeption ausleihen, um Ihren Tee zuzubereiten. Ihre Anmerkungen zur Ausstattung nehmen wir gerne auf und werden sie intern besprechen, um unseren Gästen den bestmöglichen Aufenthalt zu bieten.Mit freundlichen GrüßenIhr Adagio access Team

Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Frühstück ok. Kein Parkplatz verfügbar gewesen, konnte das Auto zum Glück 300m um die Ecke am Strassenrand parken.
