Locstion perfect! Very good instalations, and very nice brekfast buffet, we were with our son of 7 and we had a great time!

Super Lage, Online Check-In funktionierte nicht, Zimmer war toll, Frühstück mit guter Auswahl. Beim Frühstück war für Personen mit Unverträglichkeiten leider keine Sahne für den Kaffee erhältlich- auch auf Nachfrage nicht.

Es war ein super Hotel für einen Städtetripp. Sehr nahe bei Münster. Frühstück war auch super. Zimmer geräumig. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Parkhaus gehört nicht zum Hotel. Parkgebühr 22€ pro Tag. Hausschuhe werden vom Hotel nicht angeboten. Reception relativ unfreundlich und schlecht erreichbar. Ich habe mehrere Male probiert vom Hotelzimmer-Telefon die Rezeption zu Kontaktieren, jedoch ging keiner ans Telefon, obwohl ich weiss, dass ein Personal an der Reception stand. Vom Hotel wird kein Trinkwasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Nur am ersten Tag 2x 0.5l Flaschen. Morgenbuffet zu wenig auswahl und auch von der Menge relativ wenig für solch ein grosses Hotel. Ich würde nicht wieder in dieses Hotel gehen.

Dennoch möchten wir Ihnen versichern, dass die Tiefgarage Karlsbau zu einem der günstigsten Parkhäuser Freiburgs gehört. Das Mineralwasser im Zimmer ist ein einmaliges Begrüßungsgeschenk. Für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten möchten wir uns entschuldigen und hoffen dennoch, Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. liegt sehr zentral, mit Auto oder Tram gut erreichbar. Gutes PreisLeistungsverhältnis. Frühstück ist etwas teuer. haben auswärts in der STadt etwas gegessen.
