Super, très disponible, même avant notre arrivée, avec des conseils pour les visites aux alentours et les restaurants. Un accueil chaleureux, visite complète, avec la possibilité de prendre un café ou autre à l arrivée. Chambre new-yorkaise très belle. Rien à prévoir, tout y est.
