Experience and staff was great, had to get maintenance to fix the shower twice before I was able to shower. Pool and hot tub was advertised which is a big reason I chose this place over competitors, they both were closed. Very disappointing. Enjoyed the breakfast and the bed was comfy.

This hotel did not have towels or soaps in bathroom. I could not get into my room for the second time in 5 weeks I cannot get into my room because the door keys don’t work here the batteries need to be changed the staff couldn’t even get into my room there key didn’t work either because of the same issue

Room was clean and spacious. 2 out of 3 treadmills at fitness center are out of order. They only had a pair of 5-lb and 15-lb dumbbells. Free breakfast is ok, not very wasteful. Hall carpeting definitely needs to be redone. Staff was great.

Carpet was SO dirty grosse. Bathroom floor dirty. Blowdryer didn't work..dirty bath towel, small dirty towel on floor when we opened the room door.. smelled bad. Food was stale bread..elevator was extremely nasty dirty, carpets all over extremely filthy nasty dirty. Ice machine out of order

Elevator and ice machines broken. The shower knob was broken and the general wear of the room was worn. There was a man sleeping in the stairwell. Continental breakfast was a few breads, muffins, and dry cereal. Rooms do not include microwave or refridgerator. Cleaning was not provoded and had to walk back to lobby multiple times to request things such as toilet paper, ice, etc. At least the AC worked.

Had an issue with the key card entry on the door, I had to go down stairs three times to the lobby to rekey it and third time staff came up and noticed that it was having an issue. I was reassigned another room immediately. An upgrade to my room would’ve been nice due to the hassle But in the end, I was able to go to sleep and enjoy my evening.
