We stayed in the King Suite, the room was gigantic like a one bedroom apartment. Everything was clean and neat. Had ice machines on every floor and they had a good Continental breakfast. I highly recommend.
Day desk cerk should be trained on customer service
She was rude and apprared to hate her job
We were not greeted with a smile but rather with a look like she didn't want to be here. I asked her is she didn't like her job and she replied that she did. When I said it did not appeared like she did she wanted to start an argument.I travel a great deal and never in 60 years experienced someone like this. Management need to TRAIN their clerks
