Room didn’t have good bathroom facilities. No place to hang shirts and pants, no hair blower, leaky shower, no place to put things when using the bathroom sink and , broken ironing board. Poor breakfast facilities.

My door didnt shut all the way. If theres enough of a gap for sunlight to get through, then theres enough of a gap for bugs to get in. The design of the shower is horrible. After a 10 minute shower, there was a puddle of water halfway down the bathroom. There were un cleaned areas on the floorboards. Walls. And curtains. The bed was clean so i apprecate that. But did not feel homie. Walls are increadivly thin as well.

The property looked like it just had a complete make over. The quality of the materials and the appliances were top notch. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I had a refrigerator unit that was making a small noise that bothered me and they replaced it with a new one. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience that I had at this property.👍

I would request a refund if I could. Stayed here due to family member being in the hospital a shot distance away. Unable to sleep due to noise coming from other room. No way to silent noise or lights from outside. 45 min rest $100 wasted. Continental breakfast is a milk jug on ice and cereal. Don’t waste your money.

I booked 10 rooms for my employees - professional dancers who were in Fresno to perform (10/2024). The reviews commented that the accommodations were basic but very clean. Of the places I found that were in walking distance, this seemed quite decent. Below is the feedback I received... - Upon arrival to the hotel two of us had to switch rooms due to them not being cleaned and/or saw visible mold in the room. - One room has bullet holes in the window and smells strongly of mildew (see photo). - Another room has nasty graffiti written on the bathroom (see photo). - All of the rooms are absolutely filthy, bathmats and feet turn black from just touching the floor. - There was no WiFi connection in the entire motel. - There was poop on the curb outside the front desk. - Fires being built on the ground next to the pool. - And last night from the hours of 12am - 4am and then again starting at 8am a motorcycle gang took host to the parking lot blasting music so loudly it was heard inside all of our rooms clearly. (videos taken around 2:30am were sent to the hotel manager but are not able to be included in this review). - This area is absolutely not walkable for safety reasons. It is crawling with crackheads and homeless people who approach us and cat call the woman both on and off the property. These dancers tour all over the U.S. and the world and have stayed at countless hotels. They have never encountered a situation quite like this. Consider other options!

Weird smell and dirty floors.
Would I recommend this place to a friend? No....did it work for a night? Yes. Rooms were renovated, so that was cool. Very small, no frills...which was ok...but listen to the other reviews that said weird smell. The room smelled like floor cleaner and urine. The floor was so filthy my feet were black after walking around a few minutes. It was quiet and worked for the night, but yeah...kind of ick.

Below average experience
The AC was fluctuating on a 106 Fresno summer evening. And took all night to even reach a cool temp, the bathtub was left uncleaned, no wipe down and the towels weren’t spot free. Already used straws for coffee, housekeeping didn’t bother to put out new amenities for coffee. One bed had clean sheets, the other seemed to have spots and dirt on them. The floors didn’t look clean or mopped at all, for what this place was worth in regards to location and price, I feel very unsatisfied with my stay. I’m a housekeeper myself, and I know lazy when I see it.
