The front desk was too busy to help us with the phone and the tv. Even when we have them 3 hours in between asking for help. I didn’t appreciate the front desks annoyance with me for calling and bothering them. Not at all concerned about helping us. The sheets also were stained. It looked like someone had a bloody nose? Idk. It was gross
