This property was a very good location to Vail. We stayed there because we didn't want to have to spend the outrageous prices that you pay near Vail/Vail Village. It was worth the $ for a place to stay for a night or two.

This was a great hotel. It has a huge, beautiful lobby area with eating options and a bar. The room is spacious with lots of lighting, charging areas, and places for luggage. The only thing we didn’t like was the sink was outside the shower/toilet area so was disturbing to someone still trying to sleep. The sink was also very small. Otherwise it is a nice hotel.

The bed is comfortable. The room is clean and quiet. Bathroom is clean but I think it’s not so private especially when you do your business. Breakfast is an additional $20 per person.

Enjoyed our stay. Requested room with pullout sofa. Although contacted the hotel in advance, the pullout was not setup. After contacting the front desk, someone dropped off linens at the room but refused to setup the pullout; considering what we paid, it should have been done for us. Pool and hot tub were nice to have. Breakfast was quite good. Not sure why the hotel choses to charge for parking for an outdoor open lot in a town like this.

Check in was good and easy but I had to clean my room from dust. I’m allergic to dust and when I wiped down the bed and tables my washcloth was dirty, like dark grey. This is not the only hotel I have to do this but seriously people, we need to do better cleaning.

We booked thru Expedia. Room charge was $ The room was unacceptable. It was to be a suite on the 6th floor. It was on two levels, connected by a iron circular stair. We are in our eighties, and the bed was upstairs, inaccessible to us. We requested a change, which was done to a regular room, #532. I have been billed an additional $ for room #532 by the hotel. I see now that I have been billed $ by AC Hotel Marriott . I will dispute this charge.

The air conditioning unit didn’t work. I called the desk and they told me to reset it. That didn’t work. I called back 2x and no one answered. I understand it’s not anyone’s fault but it was so hot in our room. It was an expensive splurge at the end of a long trip and it wasn’t worth it because I couldn’t sleep. I complained to the front desk in the morning and they had a repair guy come but we were checking out in 1 hour. They could have discounted my cost.
