Beautiful cottage near Nyborg, only 20 m from the sea and with a beautiful view of the Great Belt, which can be enjoyed especially well from the balcony on the 1st floor.
There are two kitchens, two bathrooms and two living rooms, so the house is also very suitable for workshops and the like.
In addition to the five bedrooms, there are four additional sleeping places in the sleeping loft. There are terraces in front of and behind the house. In a separate building there is a wellness area equipped with Jacuzzi, sauna, toilet and shower.
At the edge of the garden flows a stream. There is parking for 4-5 cars on the property and a public parking lot nearby offers further parking.
Good fishing opportunities at Tårup beach. Please note that the private part of the annex may be rented elsewhere.
