A compact hotel located near JR train station. Room is clean but small in size. Offer free coffee n drink after 2pm. Would be good to provide free breakfast for guests who book room.

Buffet breakfast had a wide variety of food and was delicious. Location was close to main train station and historic sites. There was free laundry machine and dryer to use (detergent costs 100¥ if needed ). There was also water dispenser to use. The staff were friendly.

Nice hotel in a convenient location to Hakata Station. Accommodating staff, room is comfy and clean. Definitely recommend and would book this hotel again for next time! :)

Hotel is literally next to Hakata Bus Terminal/Station. Room is comfortable for 2 adults and 1 toddler. Free laundry which is convenient. Would come back to this hotel next time.

Hotel is nearby Hakata station. It is very convenient for shopping, dining and transportation. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel facility includes laundry, water & ice machines. Amenities are good and sufficient. Bathroom is clean although some mold exists on the silicone sealant. Bathroom's sliding door causes some noise during opening and closing. In general, it is a comfortable and convenient hotel for staying.

Hakata Tokyu REI Hotel has excellent connectivity with the Hakata Bus Terminal, JR Hakata Station and surrounding malls through its massive network of underground passes. Hankyu Department Store, KITTE Shipping Mall, Yodobashi Camera, just to name a few, are all within walking distance. What's more, you don't have to travel far to find Ichiran Ramen! Overall it is an excellent place to stay and definitely good value for money.
