Excellent staff and service. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and the location was very central and convenient to our needs. There were many great restaurants all in a short walking distance.

Nicely located near Hakata Station with a lot of places to shop and eat. The place was nicely run and staff are courteous and helpful. The other critics are there were obvious stains on the carpet by the bedside on all three rooms that I have stayed. Hope management can take notice. Apart from that I do recommend this hotel.

The hallway smelled awful, hotel was outdated, and there was very little in the way of amenities. Staff were not very welcoming or helpful. Great location but that was about it. Bathroom was outdated with lots of black mold on the tub. Definitely wouldn't reccomend.

Location is excellent, shopping mall just opposite to the hotel, 7-11 is next to the hotel, within 5 mins walk from Hakata station. The staff are nice and very helpful. Response to our questions are very quick no matter through Expedia app or face to face.
