Very good 2 night business trip
Checked in late, left early. 2 night stay - good sleep. Shower was great, breakfast was vey good. Good sized underground car-park. Very central to get out and about Would happily use again.

The room was great, particularly the bed and shower, the breakfast was excellent, but my stay was marred by the staff insisting I pay 12 Euro for parking instead of the 10 Euro indicated on the Expedia site, a small amount, but it is the principle and would have exhibited good will.

I know it’s an Express but now fridge and no shower slippers, as you have people that are staying for more than 1 night also some of the front desk staff need more training on dealing with customers & the payment system has caused me a lot of headache including my card company stopping me from using the card as Holiday Inns payment system didn’t accept about 5 different cards I submitted to pay for the stay even though I had used them while I was travelling in Europe to get to the hotel

The hotel was only a 8 minutes' walk from the centre, so very convenient. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet which offered everything I'm used to eat in the morning.

We had 2 rooms here. We chose this hotel because it offered AC. The AC was quiet and worked well. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were quiet. One couldn't hear other guests. Everything very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wide variety of German breads, muesli, teas, coffee, etc. The parking garage is under the hotel and accessible from the BACK of the hotel (you have to drive around it and access parking garage from the street behind the hotel). It's easy. Overall very good hotel.

Ausser das im Zimmer kein wirklicher Schrank war,war es aber ein sehr schönes zimmer. Sehr sauber es gab ein wasserkocher tee und kaffee, ein bügelbrett,bügeleisen, und auch ein fön! Wenn man was vergessen hat an gewissen Hygiene Artikeln kann man die kostenlos anfordern! Der Service ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend sowie auch die Preise an der Hotelbar sind sehr moderat! Beim Ftühstücksbuffet war die auswahl etwas spärlich aber man wurde trotzdem satt! Im grossen und ganzen ist es sehr empfehlenswert! Und was noch ein grosser pluspunkt ist das kostenlos lunchtüten ausliegen und to go becher , so das man sich für ausflüge oder Rückfahrt ein Lunchpaket zusammenstellen kann!
