Dear Emma, Thank you very much for going to the trouble of leaving your feedback regarding your recent holiday at the Quintinha. Thank you for your lovely comments regarding our customer service, cocktails, massage and breakfast. Firstly, we must apologise for the temperature of the indoor pool. We had a problem with the heating unit which required a part which had to be ordered from mainland Portugal, which, needless to say, took a while. The part arrived last week and was installed on Thursday but it did take some time to warm up to the right temperature. We have taken notice of your other comments and will endeavor to improve where possible. We hope we will have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future.
