I really enjoyed my time at this location. It was clean and felt very safe. I would like to see more for options for individuals with food allergy's. It would be nice to see the coffee maker back in the rooms.

Non smoking room smelled of smoke. Line to obtain pool wrist band was very long. Staff not friendly. Cantina restaurant staff did not acknowledge us for quite a long time. However Salt and Fin staff was and Hell’s Kitchen staff was amazing as well.

Check in staff was not flexible to switch to a desired non smoking and made us pay $200 to upgrade to a non smoking suite. The manager Joseph Gil was rude, unkind and made his staff member Brittney uncomfortable when she had tried to assist us. Later another property employee mentioned Brittney was new and that the manager mentioned had a very condescending attitude. I don’t feel he should be in management.

We had a 3 hour delay to check in. I noticed other reviewers had this same issue so scroll the reviews. When we finally spoke to management, TWO DAYS LATER, he was unapologetic saying they had over 800 arrivals that day; that’s not our problem. He did allow us to check out three hours later than the original checkout time so that was the compromise. It’s just a shame that not one employee even apologized for this inconvenience. We paid over $400 a night! The pool was also standing room only on the weekend so get there at the break of dawn for a patio chair. A long wait at Starbucks was another issue though the staff there was friendly. The best part of the “resort” was the Rincon Brew, which is technically detached from the hotel and the restaurants; we also really enjoyed the Salt and Fin as well as Hells Kitchen. Will we stay there again? Absolutely not but we may stop in for dinner.

Propery needs to be updated and definitely needs.a deep cleaning the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned and food was very mediocre. Also the bell hop just left our luggage cart in the middle of a busy hallway unattended

We have stayed here several times and it never disappoints! Stay in the Dive tower, it’s Newley renovated and the rooms are fantastic!! The pool is always a great time, adults only area is key!

I had a situation with my room when I went to my room but after going to the reception / check in desk. The hotel staff did everything they could and placed me and my 2 grandchildren in a much better room. I truly appreciate what the Harrah’s staff worked out for us. Thank you staff 👍

Room was not ready for an hour and a half after the scheduled check in time, once given room keys, they didn’t work had to go back to the lobby. Didn’t get any apologies either about anything. We were celebrating our 33rd anniversary. Not a good experience here.
