This is a well-kept, beautifully landscaped pet-friendly hotel. Our bedroom and bathroom were meticulously cleaned and the bedroom was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were also clean and operational. We highly recommend this hotel and if we are ever back in Gainesville or nearby, we will stay there.

Would have fine, but one piece of furniture was dusty. The bathroom was my reason for a lower rating. Mildew or mold in the shower between the tiles. The tub drain stopper was removed and on the side of the tub. The bathroom sink stopper was stuck in the closed position and didnt drain. The property was nice, just disappointed in the room on this stay.

Nice place, recommend somewhere else on game days
To be honest, we didn’t get to experience much of the hotel. Upon arriving to check in, we were informed that this hotel is where the visiting team who is playing the UF Gators football team stays. And you’re not allowed to check in until the team leaves the hotel. We were only allowed to check in after the game started. Since we went to the game (that’s why we were there!) in this case was around midnight. From the little time we were in there that we got to see it was an OK place. I think they need to put out more information to people on game days. Don’t stay here if you plan on checking in early before a football game. I paid several hundred dollars for a 7-8 hour stay. 🙄

The only thing we didn't like was the air conditioner or fan wouldn't stay on when there was no movement in the room. It must have a motion sensor. When you get up and move around, it would turn on.

The room had not been properly cleaned. All of the sheets and pillowcases had stains on them. When I asked to have them replaced, I got a second set of sheets and pillowcases with stains. In our first room we discovered that we had ants in both beds. We asked to be moved and moved to a second room that didn't seem to have ants in the beds, but we all woke up with bites the next morning. This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed at in the US, and I have stayed at some bad hotels. Do not, under any circumstances book a room here. You're better of sleeping in your car.
