STEER CLEAR!….
Front desk “service” was terrible. The manager Ebony lied about having CLC availability (corporate paid lodging) due to a personal issue she seemed to have with me when I kept having to get help with billing. Facility is old and dirty with poor service. Breakfast and bar service was good though. Overall…steer clear!

The location is very good for our needs. It was decently clean, not great. Our non-smoking room had definitely been smoked in, but it wasn’t horrible. I would not eat breakfast there, but the room was decently clean.

There was water on the floor of the bathroom approximately one inch high. Also a leak from the ceiling. The sheets were yellow We requested towels, because the ones in the room were wet. The staff never brought hem It looks nice on the outside, but inside it’s awful

Not a bad stay, hotel is outdated and the hallways need more light. But it was a safe place to sleep and a nice attached restaurant. We ate there twice. Also the pool was the perfect temp!

The only thing good about this hotel was a convenient location. I was very disappointed with the poor service and limited amenities. As an example it was not possible to clean towels after 3 nights.

The room was clean and quiet and that was all I cared about, it was not the newest but it was kept clean. Regarding the parking lot, there were no stops on each parking spot so if you get too close to the end of the spot you’ll scratch the front or rear bumper unless your car is somewhat high. I drive a Honda Accord and it was not high enough so I ended up scratching the exhaust, luckily they didn’t get bent in the process. Parking lot needs more illumination as well, I could see all previous car scratches again the concrete, you get my point. Breakfast was included but too early for me to wake up to try it. Check in was easy and the same for the check out. Overall, a good place to stay.

I checked in, given a room, went in and it was occupied. Went back down, got a new room. It was nice, except the shower was broken. If you turned it on the water leaked out of the ceiling as well. The tikes were near collapse and moldy.
