We stayed at this hotel for a wedding. It was reasonably priced and convenient to stay after the wedding. Staff friendly and professional. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again at the Country Inn & Suites!

I was initially concerned about staying here, as some of the other reviews were extremely critical. I almost stayed in a town 20m further from where I needed to be simply because of bad reviews! I'm so glad I decided to stay here. It was convenient, very clean, and the staff were helpful and kind. My room was, of course, a hotel room, but it was very clean, didn't smell weird, and was quiet. I slept like a baby. The bathroom was spacious and clean and everything worked really well--without those typical hotel-room oddities one has to discover the hard way. I only stayed one night, but I would happily stay here again.

Overall the stay was fine, but the staff is less than personable. The property/facility is very clean but the appearance is on the shabby side. Exterior could use paint and landscape maintenance. Would stay here again, but it doesn't look the best. Interior of room was excellent though, just the outside appearance is wanting.

Good place if you are in the area
Check in was smooth, the staff was very helpful and added the "points" number to my account. The hair dryer in the room did not work and they brought a new one down within five minutes. The pool area was very clean. There is no hot tub. The room was dated but clean and beds were soft. The faucet on the sink was loose and wobbled when you turned it on or tried to change the temperature but everything else (except the hairdryer) worked fine. The biggest complaint would be the breakfast. We were there on a weekday and maybe it is better on weekends? The eggs were beyond overcooked and had been stirred into crumbs (spoon, no fork required if you wanted to eat them), the potatoes were similar. The sausage was good. The bread was a bit stale. Did not try the waffles or cold cereal. Yogurt ok. Would have liked more protein options like hard boiled eggs, or just scrambled eggs that weren't crumbs. They had cookies in the lobby that were very popular and the front desk staff was very quick to provide change for the vending drink machine when it wouldn't take bills, the snack machine was empty and out of order. I'd stay again. Nice for the area and it is quiet.

Clean is all I can say for a positive. Door key didn't work properly. Door seamed painted shut. Very difficult to push open. No TV, they said wifi was working however, I could not find it and thy would not help. So no wifi. Went to unplug laptop and outlet came half out because it was not screwed in on both sides. In bathroom was washing up and the faucet handle came off in my hand. Told them about problems and offered another night free. No we are traveling. No refund or discount he just walked away. Continental breakfast forget it we left at 8AM and nothing set out that wasn't there the evening before.

Right when we checked in we were told the television does not work. And no other rooms were available with working televisions. Also the room above us was extremely noisy, constant jumping and loud noises for several hours. The television not working for that many days was unbelievable.

We learned that that tv's were not working when we arrived and they would not be fixed until we left. In addition, the website showed a hot tub and the sign in the lobby pointed to a "whirlpool" - when I asked for hours, I was informed that it was closed. So, no tv and no whirlpool, made the stay less than desirable.

You’ll need a chiropractor
TV didn’t work and when I asked about it they said it was a cable issue. Was supposed to get a credit but never did. Their hot tub is also closed permanently. Not very quiet in the room either. Can hear people walking around and you can hear others using the bathroom in the room above. Mine and my sons back are still hurting from the beds. If you like fake eggs and microwaveable sausage that has 10x your daily salt intake, this is the place to stay.
