Hotel was great. Shuttle into town was nice option. Bed was very un comfortable the first night. They gladly moved us to a different room. Bed was much better. We’d definitely stay there again.

Amenity Fee

Inn was fine but they tacked on a $25/day plus tax “Amenity Fee”. Just a shady way of charging another $25/day for the room. If they want to refund this I would consider staying there again.

My husband and I stay at this hotel every time we travel to Galena. The hotel is well kept and cleanly every time we go, and the hotel staff is kind and accommodating. The attached restaurant is a must as well. All around very good experience, offering a cozy and warm environment.

We loved how conveniently close it was to Main st. A short drive to everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and quiet. We had the pool & hot tub to ourself in the evening. Liked that there was the pub option with live music in the evening as most of the venues on main street (except for one bar open until 11:30) closed early. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient and we were happily surprised that it was in the Irish pub—nice ambience and a bar tender making sure the juices & coffee were replenished and assisting people looking for salt & pepper, coffee supplies, etc. This was our first time here but we both agreed we’d come back!

Everything about this place was great. From mad at the front desk to Brian the van shuttle driver told us all the cool places to go. Took us downtown for dinner on Saturday night and picked us up didn't have to worry about driving the property was great didn't have a chance to use the pool but restaurant bar next door was very fairly priced and we had a great time would definitely recommend

Room was clean , was told when checking in that our room wouldn’t be cleaned or tidied up at all unless we ask. But charged an amenity fee per night . Think that fee was to pay for the free breakfast they offered every morning ! They should mention when booking about the fee .

The room was clean. The floors were clean. The bathroom was clean. The refrigerator and the microwave came in handy. The only issues I had were the toilet was SO low to the ground. And there was an exhaust fan below my window, that ran a lot. But besides that, the location was perfect. The bartenders at the bar knew what they were doing when they made their Wisconsin old fashions. The breakfast was a typical hot breakfast with pancakes or waffles. And eggs? It was very convenient to be less than ten minutes from downtown and also easy access to the highway.
