The bed was very comfortable. I could tell by sleeping on it that I slept on a new mattress. I asked the lady at the front desk where the mattresses were purchased. She did not know. I would buy the mattress if I knew where it was purchased. The pillows were soft and comfortable, too.

I couldn't rate higher because we did not spend much time at this place. We arrived 10pm and left before 9am. Staff seemed friendly and room was comfortable and clean. The beds were amazing. We would stay again

Excellent Breakfast incl for us Vegans. Staff at Breakfast Room was extremely helpful. Hairdryer had a weird sound and stopped working, otherwise everything was excellent. This Hotel is on Exit 22 not Exit 20 as Expedia sent you too.

What began as a problem with a lack of guest laundry facilities was remedied by a fabulous staff that washed our babies clothes so that we could continue our journey. Breakfast was a fabulous spread! The best I’ve ever seen and completely representative of New Mexico. We appreciate the hospitality and cultural nuances of Best Western Plus Gallup Inn and Suites!
