Nice property, staff was awesome as well!!! But beware of the $150 hold for incidentals… my room wasn’t even $100 and they hold an amount of $150 is ridiculous…. Won’t be staying here again…

A weird stay
Overall everyone was very nice except for the front desk person at night. This person gave us a hard time about our service animal saying they didn’t allow pets. I told him he had to because of the ADA and he said every holiday inn was separately owned and therefore they could reject service animals. He mumbled something about a fine. Our room was disgusting with other people’s hair in the sheets and bathroom but he was taking such a long time to figure out how to switch us that I got frustrated and just cleaned everything myself.

The safty lock was broken off. On line it say near beach but its not near a beach you can not see a beach at all The staff was remarkable so sweet and kind that made the day.
