Don't be deceived
First thing I'd say is don't be deceived by the pictures. Your room won't look anything like them. This hotel is cheaper than surrounding for a reason. There were stains on the mattresses, floor was terribly uneven and damaged, previous drywall damage looked like it had been repaired by a 10 year old. Toilet and tub were old/ stained; there was no slip mat in the tub. The bath towels they provide are almost the size of hand towels and feel like sandpaper. The fitted bed sheets weren't elastic anymore; as soon as you sit on the bed the corners pulled off. The door had some added aluminum angle; im assuming to prevent break in. At first arrival there was another guest warning us that cars had been broken into and taillights stolen. It appeared there were permanent "residents" at the end near the dumpsters, which by the way looked like a junk yard. Given the condition of the hotel and rooms, this should cost around $29 a night. I would not stay here again.

This place was a roach motel had very bad individual walking around property. Me and my wife left fearing for are lives. I was very disappointed in Expedia putting us in this situation. You guys should be a shamed of yourselves. This property was straight out a horror film. If I could load up pictures I would. I will think twice before booking with Expedia again. Sad to say I have two trips coming up with Expedia I would cancel but luckily I know the hotel I am staying at on my next trip in November and it is safe not life threatening.

Worst place ever
First, pictures they post on their page or via hotels is a RIP OFF. It does not for any justice of how crappy their environment is… their walls, and even when you’re walking around the building, every single thing is falling apart! The worst part was that it took us 45 minutes to get in to our hotel room, the keycards wouldn’t even work and we had to go down to the lobby to get them to give us a new one. They didn’t believe us, they went up there after our third attempt, and realized we were right m. So they said let’s “upgrade yall” so we were moved to the first floor, still in a crappy hotel room. When we got inside of our hotel room, it smelled so bad! The ceiling was peeling, everything was chipped, the bathroom. Don’t even get me started but one thing! The toilet itself was like at a kids height! One we refused to shower there, etc.i literally got sick the following day as well so we decided to check out to avoid my husband getting sick to as well… Do not effing stay there!

First the name THE Residents Inn is a play on words for Residents in by Marriott. THE Residents Inn is nothing like the pictures. It’s dirty and nasty. There were dirty handprints on the light switch to the bathroom and dirt in the bath tub. The towels and sheets were dingy and stained. I went and bought new pillows and pillow cases and towels. You could also hear the springs in the bed every time you moved.

The property itself needs to be updated. The whole premise look unsafe. The rooms are lesser quality than Motel 6 and the towels were dirty. If you just want to sleep for the night this would be a good spot just to lay your head but honestly would be better off sleeping in the car. The lobby looks like you are checking into a roach motel and smells musty.

The room was atrocious. Tub full of rust, peeling paint, hair, mold. Gross!!! We left immediately to another hotel and they REFUSED to return my money!! Would NEVER RECOMMEND!! The girl at the front desk was polite and very understanding when we told her we were leaving.

I give this property a two because the rooms are not that clean. The property needs more lighting. It’s really dark around the whole property. the Employees are nice, also would like to mention it is very quiet at night , if I had to stay here again i Wouldn’t mind, The prices are reasonable specially if you’re on a budget and don’t have them much money.
