Great staff. Great location. Room was very clean. The only negatives were the noise from the street, but we knew about that going in. Its worth staying here for a night just to party in the Latin Quarter.

It’s a perfect place to stay, a bit overpriced but it’s what we have. Also if you can’t sleep with noise I don’t think it’s a good place since is basically in the middle of the party 🎶 (I’m not complaining) last but not least the mattress were amazing.

Great location

Location amazing. It is loud as the bar is open until 2am across the street but the leave ear plugs in the room for you. Easy to walk to from the bus station. We had the family room so lots of space, the other rooms may be very snug.

Room was cute and cozy. Had everything you could need. On the main street in the latin quarter. Lots of food, drinks, and shops right outside the lobby. Super fun!

The room was snug as you would expect but was cleverly designed so everything you need - hanging space, tea and coffee, storage for luggage - was available. Air conditioning was good especially as our room had no windows. This hotel is ideal for a short stay, right in the centre of town.

Our room was lovely but unfortunately stank of wet dog. It was a Saturday night and super loud as it’s above the pubs although they did provide earplugs. Wouldn’t recommend if you aren’t going out as you won’t sleep well but if you are it’s in a great location

Staff was amazing and very helpful that said drunk locals stood outside and yelled trying to wake guests and banged on doors after bars closed. Lastly, the Back Alleyway that you had to walk through To get to room was filled with overflowing garbage bins.

Comfortable stay

Very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. A bit of a musty smell in the room. The bed was very comfortable (I appreciated all the pillows!), but would be difficult to get in and out of for anyone with mobility issues. You climb in at the very foot of the bed. There was some noise from the pub below when they had music playing, but not enough to keep me from sleeping (even without the earplugs The Snug provides).

The room was small, clean and functional. Staff very helpful and always available. But be aware that this is in the bar area of the tourist district. From 9pm till bar closing the noise can be very loud. Earplugs and/or noise cancelling headphones should be considered a must have item.

I absolutely LOVED this property! We stayed in the duplex and it was incredible. The location is perfect as there are pubs all around and there is a parking garage about a 5 minute walk away which was very convenient since we had a rental car! Staff were friendly and welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again!

Snug is exactly that. Perfect place for a Galway stay. Comfortable and super clean, front desk staff was amazing. My room was tucked away and quiet and cozy. Felt safe too. Super busy area.

Think carefully

The front rooms are unbelievably noisy, so insist on a room away from the street. The rooms are small. The place is clean and well located. This is a place with no lobby, no elevator and no extras. It was not inexpensive.
