"Da ich schon seit 30 Jahren meine Familie einlade sagt das alles.
Was mir dieses mal nicht passte : Die festen Kosten werden ohne zu fragen von meiner Karte abgebucht bevor wir das Hotel verlassen.Ich verlange die Rechnung und die Dame sagt es ist schon bezahlt.Oh nein die Euro 2'300.-für Getränke etc sind noch offen.Die Zusatzkosten für den Hund meiner Enkelin bezahlte diese selbst und mir wurden die Kosten auch auf die Rechnung gesetzt.Ich bin gespannt ob ich das Geld nach meiner Reklamatiom zurück erhalte."
