"Staff at reception and breakfast are medium to unfriendly. Breakfast has been disappointing. Not only was there very little diversity in food choices, but also low quality (no fresh but only canned fruits, coffee is bad from both machines, bread/toppings are poor quality, I saw a guest asking the staff if they can cook one more fried pastry and the staff was rude and said no). Lots of people walking around in the entrance hall. Feels more like a train station than an area of peace. I would give this hotel 4 stars max."

"Hallo meine Mutter und ich waren im September zum ersten Mal Gäste in diesem Hotel..das Personal ist total zuvorkommend und jeder einzelne ist uns in den fünf Tagen total ans Herz gewachsen.. die Sauberkeit ,der Service, die Gastfreundlichkeit alles Top. Da ich an Zöliakie leide hatte ich anfangs kleine Probleme mit dem Organisieren von Glutenfreiem Brot.. nach zwei Tagen Aufenthalt, hat das schlussendlich auch sehr gut funktioniert. Das war auf jeden Fall nicht das Letzte mal. Liebe Grüße an Wissam vom Empfang, und dem ganzen Team. Sonja"
