Easy check-in Jackie at the front desk helped us very nice lady. All the staff were friendly. The property is clean and well-maintained. The beds are super comfortable fairly new bedding. Nice decor in the rooms. I’ll be back.

Jackie, who works the front desk is very warm and inviting accommodated us with a room of our choice and our interaction with the staff members were also friendly and helpful plenty of free parking, comfortable beds, and nice breakfasts

As a female solo traveler, I didn’t feel safe stay

The parking lot was well-lit, but there were several people in the area who appeared to be struggling with homelessness or substance use, and they were hanging around the parking lot. I was going to walk to get dinner since it was close by, but I ended up driving because of the people in the area and the way they were watching me. It just felt really unsettling. Luckily, I brought my in-room safety lock with me—honestly, if I didn’t have that, I don’t know if I would’ve been able to sleep.

This is a great hotel for a one or two nights stay while exploring the parks in the area. However, the town of Garberville leaves much to be desired. There's nothing in this town worth seeing and do not recommend walking around the area outside the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel was excellent. Nice, safe, and very clean. Would definitely stay here again when passing through.

The staff checking us in was amazing, it was a very busy time of day for check in but she was so polite and thorough. Hotel was nice, not a lot of extra ammenities. Great breakfast options though!! The area didn’t offer many food options and didn’t feel like a very safe neighborhood to be out alone.
