At first glance: Probably one of the best hotel in Gardiner overall.
BUT: Not trustworthy at all. Why?
We booked five nights. Due to itinerary changes, we saw no other option but to leave after only two great days in Yellowstone. We discussed this with the reception and were promised a partial refund. We were delighted. After check-out, the hotel was submerged: There was no response to a number of contact requests - by email, form or telephone. The credit card was charged in full and the money was gone. We couldn't understand it, as we had been promised a partial refund. If the hotel had played with open cards from the start, we might have made a different decision.
We've traveled a lot, but I've never experienced a scam like this.
