First time visiting Gaitlinburg, TN and staying at this hotel. My family & I loved it! Very nice modern hotel. Super clean! Walking distance to the strip didn't really have to use our vehicle. We were able to walk back & fourth to our hotel room. Will stay here again next time we visit & recommend to friends! Free breakfast included at hotel.

Like most places in the mountains parking is tight but very doable !!! We drive a Yukon xl and made it work . Amazing hotel !! Very friendly staff!!! Clean , clean and clean !! Very positive experience!! Would recommend !!!

Terrible customer service at this property before we even checked in! We booked this hotel because they advertise cribs, which we need for our daughter. I had her included with her age on the reservation and even contacted the hotel two days before arrival confirming our reservation would include a crib/pack n play. I received a response via the Expedia app “confirming” my request. I called the hotel shortly before our arrival to verify they had the pack n play in our room. The receptionist at the desk told us they are “first come, first serve” and there were none available. I was told my reservation was through Expedia and that it was their problem and mine, not the hotel’s. When I explained I had a confirmation from the hotel a few days prior confirming my request and maybe it was already in the room, not storage she again said not her problem and refused to check. I asked what her suggestion was for where my baby was supposed to sleep, she hung up the phone on me. When I tried to call back to speak to a manager, my phone call was ignored repeatedly. After reaching out to choice hotels and Expedia- they too told me they could not reach the hotel and then finally that a manager could not be reached either. I was promised by choice hotels that the owner and/or manager would reach out to me within hours- which never happened. We chose not to stay at this hotel due to poor service and zero communication. This is how they treat guests before they even walk through the door.

The property was clean. But the parking was very tight. The parking spots were small and you had to be extremely careful to avoid hitting another car when parking or leaving the parking spot. One morning I literally had to claim over from the passenger side to get in the driver seat. Because the car next to me was to close to open the driver’s door.
