The perfect location with a quick walk to entire downtown Gatlinburg. The bathrooms could use a little updating and cleaning. The new wood floors are nice. Overall great stay.

The property is a great location , we can walk to everything. The room was decently clean . The AC was broken and would shut off after 5 minutes, there was no fan in the bathroom and the room stayed humid and stuffy . We were there for 4 nights and never received any kind room service , not once did anyone come in and make the bed or leave clean towels .

This is a great place to stay... ...if you want a dirty bed and bed bugs. The rooms are poorly lit and there's a reason. Do yourself a favor and look around with your cell flashlight. The first room I was in, one of the beds had been PEED IN and not cleaned. The whole room smelled. The sheets appeared clean, but not the blankets. I assume they changed the sheets and put the dirty blankets back on the bed. My second room had several dead bugs, and after pulling back 2 mattress pads (when there's usually only 1), there were dead bugs under the pads. I was told I would likely not receive a refund because I booked through Expedia, but that a manager would call me. I never heard back.

this place was very old, BUT very clean, safe and a great price for being one block from main street with restaurants and shops. I recommend and would stay there again.

Not free internet or parking
Sadley we had to pay 20 bucks for parki g because the worker plced his personal car in one of the unloading parking spots. When told that we had to pay he just said well.you should not have and told us we should of parked blocking the street. We also were never given the wifi password. The room had mold and the batheoo. Light fixture was cut open

Great place to stay. Walk to any place . Quiet and safe. Staff was great. I stay here Everytime I go to Gatlinburg. My balcony had a great view. Will stay here again.

Parking was on street rather than a private lot. The arrangement of the room amenities made getting ready difficult. No place for luggage. No place to unpack. Sink drain pipe ran uphill prior to the trap. Breakfast offerings were poor. The coffee was good.

The balcony was a real disappointment
The room was okay. Cleanliness was okay. The patio / balcony was not at all what was presented in the ad pictures. Apartment door opened up to a slab of concrete in a run down back part of property with a broken fence open to the lot next door.

The location could not have been better. A block away from the Gatlinburg strip. Stayed with kids, room was good, with a porch. Will definitely stay here again.
