Pros: Clean, spacious rooms - wonderfully appointed. Wonderful indoor pool, the outdoor pool was heated, but no lights at night so keep that in mind. Fire pits started nightly, lots of wonderful green spaces and sitting areas. Coffee shop was good. Onsite hiking help desk. Breakfast was good with both a buffet and made to order area. Cons: Housekeeping didn’t clean one day and reported our “do not disturb” sign was out, which wasn’t true. The first person I spoke to at the front desk about it was rude. I then spoke to the manager on duty and he was very helpful. The breakfast area was overwhelmed with guests on Sunday morning and ran out of a lot of things…struggled to keep up with busting tables. Knowing it’s a newer resort I think they are still working out kinks.

Probably one of the best places we've ever stayed at in all our times. Traveling to Gatlinburg Tennessee. The hotel is gorgeous! It's a brand new resort just built in 2024. There's heated pools so are kids got to swim in the dead of winter! We saw black bears walking around and coyotes and also boars, that's right. Hogs roaming around the forest tree line! This place is awesome and it's right in the middle of everything for Gatlinburg! Beautiful resort!

This place was OUTSTANDING! A port in the storm of the craziness of Gatlinburg! If I could give a property 20 stars I would! Absolutely EVERYTHING was amazing and outstanding! Worth every Penny! Also, the most pet friendly place I have ever been to! Can’t say enough good things about Embassy Suites /Gatlinburg!

The hotel is beautiful, built with attention to the details and close to the strip, but far enough away from the craziness. The room was nice and the kitchen is handy, not a large room for a suite, but for couple or small family it is good. The balcony is nice plus too! Front desk staff was friendly, and the breakfast staff clearing the tables were kind and hard working. The housekeeping was lacking. She did not clean our room, remove trash or replace towels for 2 days. The one day she did enter our room was a minimal clean (if any cleaning!) at best, did not “clean” shower, countertops or floors. But trash was removed and a couple of clean towels were left. She still did not leave any clean washcloths or completely refill coffee supplies. Mentioned this to the front staff at checkout and was given an “I’m sorry”. The breakfast was VERY busy and the food selection was fair. Hot and cold cereals, scrambled eggs, undercooked bacon, sausage links, cold dry potatoes, 2 small cup yogurt flavor options, bowl or oranges and brown chunked melon fruit bowl - all at a limited supply & had to fight to get plates and silverware. They have a fresh made omelet option, but expect to wait. The door will be closed immediately upon close time during the work week, so get your drink refill before. Overall beautiful hotel, with nice extras, good location and fair prices.

Hotel was really nice. Enjoyed our family vacation. Everything was really clean , hotel and grounds are very pretty . The pet potty area in the parking lot could be relocated closer-to the hotel or to a safer location, due to the bears. By the water isn’t the best to be especially at night with bears roaming. Picture is on by the pool area .

There are many things to like about the Embassy in Gatlinburg. It looks new and is clean. The check in was fast. The room was nice and I like that they provide breakfast because if we had to go out into town to get breakfast that would be a pain. My only complaint is it's a bit loud in the room. We had people above us and we could hear everything they were doing, including snoring. It woke me up several times all 3 nights we were there. Otherwise, we enjoyed the hotel.

There’s better out there
Check in was a nightmare. They tell us yes the room is ready. It’s 3:00, cool we get to check in little bit early. Several hotels have let us check in a bit before 4 if it’s ready. We get our stuff it’s now 3:15. Come back and they say nope it’s not ready have a seat. We’re super confused, their excuse is we texted housekeeping and they aren’t responding. A hotel this size is operating this way? There’s not a system of checking off a room that’s ready. They wouldn’t walk up or call someone to go check now that they’ve had us go get our luggage. The attitude was not customer service geared. Also the Hilton app said our room was ready and told me to verify my ID with the front desk to access my virtual key. Due to the poor attitude and over all lack of helpfulness and getting us now checked in after 4:00 and watching them let others get checked in, there’s other choices out there. There were zero friendly or helpful people. If you’re in to the bare minimum for customer service this is the hotel for you. We were not the only unhappy customers as we watched several others come in and have issues that were handled poorly. Pool had tons of leaves, lazy river looked very unkept the walls looked like they needed scrubbed. No one told us anything about breakfast provided, I read that for my self. I would think at check in your going to give a run down to what the hotel offers.
