Only complaint was the trash pick up overnight (between 3:30-5:30am) that was extremely loud and woke us up each time. Not ideal when traveling with a toddler.

Our stay was rough. Two plugs in didn’t work. A tissue was in the floor by the bed. We could hear a baby crying and foot steps so the room isn’t sound proof. The mattress was outdated. The only positive thing was the bedding was nice. When we told the clerk about the plugs and trash in the floor, their response was “oh ok”.

We had a great time at Greystone lodge and the place was wonderful - clean and updated for the most part. We had a room very convenient to pool and office. I like that they had a restaurant on the facilities...not great food but available and fast.... the only problem we had was parking as we came in late and found no parking and had to use the overflow lot. But not a big deal. Will definitely come back...OH and Loved John who's been there 20years or so... He was great at his job at the front desk...

Great place to stay. Check in was easy and the desk clerk John was so friendly and informed us on everything we needed to know. The creek in the back was beautiful. The pool and hot tub was nice and clean. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Gatlinburg getaway
This is out second year staying here 2023 being the 1st time , they actually gave us the exact same room as last year which we were completely fine with. We book an outside room so it's not in the main building it has a railed walkway and each room has a sitting chair outside. The room was just as comfortable as last year the only thing I would recommend is then revamping the outside rooms the inside are definitely more modern up to date then the outer ones Staff is always nice for the most part on checking out I had a rather odd exchange with one of the front desk clerks and the customer service was definitely not there

The pool and lobby area is updated and clean. Plenty of space in pool lounge area. The room needs updated. It’s was okay but I expected it to be nicer. Door didn’t close right. Neighbors party til 3 am and the walls are paper thin. We had a baby with us so no one really slept. We left a day early.

The Glenstone Lodge Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the property is located on a trolley stop or you can walk 10 minutes to the downtown area. We had an exterior room and really enjoyed the experience of the black Bears! I highly recommend Smith and Sons and Cherokee steakhouse!
