No water pressure in shower. Should have upgraded plumbing in bathroom during renovation. Elevator broke had to carry luggage upstairs. It was repaired before we left.

I wish I had a better experience
It is in a great location on the strip in Gatlinburg. When we arrived we unloaded our stuff on the cart only to find out that the elevator was broken. We had to carry all of our stuff for the week up two flights of stairs. The room was clean. However, the heater only worked some of the time. The parking was horrible. There are 30 max spots if that for the entire hotel. I will not be staying there again.

Great stay!
Great location and staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. We did have a problem with our jacuzzi tub and couldn't use the jets. Everything else was perfect!

Great Location; not so great experience.
The hotel was in a great location on the strip! However, we had to call to get the heat working on a cold night, then later the TV quit working. Not sure if it was the cable or what. We didn't bother calling anyone since it was later in the evening. The pool area was closed for the season, but it just wasn't a very clean looking place. We also had trouble finding a parking place.

The biggest issue was the only chair in the room was horribly uncomfortable. A regular, wheeled desk chair would be far better. We were there for 5 nights & it was difficult to work from the desk.
