Amazing Mountain Views

We booked 4 nights here. The views are incredible. They provide everything you may need even extra blankets. I do recommend bringing some liquid hand soap as only bar soaps are provided. The two bedrooms have electric fireplaces and its so cozy. Very clean and beautiful place. The game room was a huge hit for the whole family too. Only hiccup is that the drive way is pretty steep. We were able to get two cars up without a problem but it was a little scary at first. The views are worth it. You are also very close to downtown gatlinburg and Dolly wood. Minimal driving needed. We did need a smoke detector battery changed and texted about that. We had maintenance crew in our drive way two minutes later. Can’t say enough good things! 10/10

Overall, this is a great cabin. It’s very very high up there so you’re looking over the trees with awesome views. Just be aware the driveway can be tough to get up. my DoorDash deliver wouldn’t even come up to the cabin , I had to walk down.

The place was nice and the location was central to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg but my favorite part was the bear sightings ever day almost twice a day and the game room.(especially the ping pong table)

Family getaway

Our kids loved the game room. Parents loved the outdoor fire pit. Beautiful views but disappointed there were so many other residential areas in the view lines (unlike pics online). Cool to see the Dollywood fireworks from the balcony at night. Saw many bears in the area. Great food and activities all close by.

Family Time in the Smoky Mountains

Floating in Heaven was an outstanding cabin. The view was amazing and it is very conveniently located at the edge of Gatlinburg. The driveway is very steep but manageable. The cabin was comfortably furnished and has a great game room area. There are 2 levels of decks which was perfect for a morning coffee while taking in the amazing views. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful view. Everything inside the cabin was labeled and easy to find as well as clean. The kitchen comes FULLY equipped for pretty much anything, definitely recommend this cabin if you like to cook!

Amazing views but not the cleanest

The house location is on top of the mountain with amazing views and was perfect for two couples. However, it did not look like it had been cleaned in a long time. First thing we did when we arrived was open and roll up all the blinds to see the beautiful view - there was so much dust sitting in the blinds. The stovetop and the decorative art in the upstairs bedroom also had a lot of dust sitting on top of it. In the upstairs bathroom, the shower head had mold on it. Also the shower stopper was caked in mold. We also saw a ton of black ants in the kitchen. I think it was because of all the rain but still not something you want to have to deal with while on vacation. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The game room was great and so was the hot tub. The driveway is very steep but it wasn’t an issue for us.

Pretty Spectacular

The twisty trip to reach this gorgeous home was a bit intimidating but after that everything was breathtaking. The home is lovely and immaculate. Views incredible. Perhaps the most well stocked kitchen I've seen in my MANY rentals. TVs everywhere you'd want them. Foosball, pool table and pingpong. There was an arcade game but none of us could make it work which disappointed our boys. We allowed them to get in the unheated hottub for a bit and they saw a bear meandering down the hillside which wasa pretty thrilling for them. (Then we noticed that children were not to be in the hottub and were not sure if it was because of heat or some other reason so we got them out but they enjoyed their time). There is a very thorough manual on how things work. The do's and don'ts were clear and everlything was beautifully labeled so everything was easy to find. Pricey but I promise you get what you pay for here! Loved every minute.

One of the best in TN

Floating in Heaven was phenomenal. It was everything that we could have hoped for and actually just rebooked another trip. It was spotless, well organized and stocked, in very good condition, was just as pictured and has a great location among great locations. The beds were very comfortable and everything felt fresh. The two decks are truly unobstructed views. There are houses around, but Floating in Heaven sits up on a hill without any direct neighbors. It feels very private. 100% recommend.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Floating in Heaven! This place really checks all the boxes if you’re looking for a nice, clean, fully stocked getaway in the mountains with plenty of entertainment close by and in the unit. Email communication from the host was exceptional and very professional. My wife and I have already started to look at booking another one of their properties for a future trip. Beautiful Mountain Getaway

What a great place to stay! The house was spotless and really had everything you needed for a short stay or to get yourself going for a longer stay. Parking was tricky but that’s the name of game for most of the houses up on the mountain. Fully recommend staying here!

House was amazing. The only issue we had was that the driveway was super steep and difficult to navigate with the snow and ice. There was only one bag of salt provided which was definitely not enough to cover the driveway to make it safer to drive. Other than that our stay was awesome

Luxurious Cabin in the Clouds

Best trip to Gatlinburg!

This house was AMAZING! It had everything we could want for a weekend vacation! The game room was a blast! The hot tub was super clean! The kitchen was perfect! The bedrooms were AWESOME! We really enjoyed our stay! The house was so fantastic that we spent most of our time at the house! We look forward to staying here again soon! This house is perfect for 2 couples vacationing together. The outdoor seating is very comfortable, even in the cold weather the heaters are so nice. Close to town but tucked away. Thank you!
