Originally booked to stay for 2 nights.. We loved the city of Gatlinburg and ended up booking a 3rd night! Staff was very nice.. Breakfast was good.. Loved the jacuzzi in our room! A bit dated but overall, we'd book again!

Staff were great and customer service was excellent, Location was nice as close to downtown, but a little quieter. Breakfast was nice. Room could have been cleaned a bit better and stains on furniture.

There was nothing that made this property stand out for the price that we paid. breakfast was cold and not very well stocked. Everything was to spread out. And not enough room for people that were handicapped. The hallway smelled musty and when you flushed the toilet in the room it smelled like sewage.

The coffee machine dispensed water one day, didn't work at all the next. A fitness room was listed, but had a permanently closed sign on the door. The chairs in the lobby were stained beyond belief. I understand older, less expensive places mean compromise, but this was a bit much.

Budget friendly. My family enjoyed the pool, lazy river and hot tub. Room was clean and my kids enjoyed the balcony. Easy walk to a lot of shops in Gatlinburg. Front desk staff was awesome and kind. Breakfast was great as well. They light up the balconies & pool at night and it was a small touch that made my children happy.

Guy at the desk was great, professional, courteous. Breakfast was great, fully stocked. Room was spacious, however, the bed linens were all stained and some stains even looked like blood stains. All in all it was an average stay.
