Great for families who don’t intend on staying on the property. If you intend to have the hotel be your whole stay like us, don’t go. If you want to relax by the pool, don’t go it’ll be impossible. Pools are packed. Property very crowded. The the relaxing time away from home we planned. No balcony or outside chairs at your room. We had one window the size you’d find in a bathroom. We left early!!!!!

Waterpark Closed due to a unforeseen reasons
The room was nice and clean. However outside on the balcony only provided with one chair for sitting area so my husband had to sit on the floor (not good!) We booked this resort for the amenities including the WaterPark but the first day we found out after check in that the water park was closed due to unforeseen circumstances. The next day the water park closed at 3pm (supposed to be 7pm) again due to unforeseen circumstances. We only stayed here two nights and were able to use the water park for a few hours. We paid a premium rate due to amenities that we weren’t able to use.

Pricey but worth it!
Great place. A bit pricey unless you stay for the 1 and a half hour time-share sales presentation. With only 3 days, I turned the deal down. Convenient but on-site store has odd hours. Liquor and beer easy to get right next door. Check to see if zip lines are open if that is one of the amenities you desire. It was closed during the entirety of our four days there. Excellent spa services. Water park is the best I’ve ever seen.
