Holiday villa on the outskirts of Guacín, province of Malaga, Andalucia.

If you want to spend your holidays with your family and friends, in the fabulous setting of the inland part of the province of Malaga, then you should consider this holiday villa on the outskirts of Gaucín. Its several comforts and amenities let you enjoy your holidays in Andalucia like never before, and you will leave this place with your batteries fully recharged.

The two-storey house is decorated with charming rustic details, which harmoniously mingle with the modern final touches spread all over the rooms. On the ground floor, you will find the spacious living area, characterised by light colours and wooden furniture. The lounge room features several sofas and armchairs, which are ideal for relaxing and chatting with your family. Next to it, the dining room welcomes a wooden dining table and, attached to it, you will find the open kitchen. The latter is equipped with all the tools and appliances you will need to prepare delicious dishes. Downstairs, there also is a separate toilet, a laundry room, and a spacious bedroom with a bathroom and an ensuite with a shower.

Upstairs, you will find the other four bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, a lounge space and an ensuite with two wash basins and a bathtub. Another bedroom relies on a double bed and splendid views of the mountains, while the third and the fourth bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds each. One of them also has access to a lovely private terrace. The villa's second bathroom, with a shower, is located on this floor, as is another terrace.

The bedroom on the ground floor and the living room are provided with warm/cool air-con. Central heating is also available in the house, at an extra cost of €100/week.

The outdoor area is a real dream come true. You will be able to enjoy the warm sunshine together with your beloved ones. An outdoor dining table, ideal for "al fresco" dining, is conveniently located in the shade and lets you have your meals in full privacy. Right next to it, the BBQ allows you to cook some delicious grilled meats and, the cherry on top, the spectacular private pool, surrounded by a well-maintained garden and comfortable sun loungers.

The access to the house, which also relies on a private parking lot, is possible via a fully paved lane, the house being located near the road.

The property was good but the furnishing needs updating and more comfortable seating is needed. In addition the listing should add that during the month of August the BBQ cannot be used due to local laws on risk of wild fires

Marvellous!!
What a lovely property in such a lovely village. The facilities were excellent and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with just about everything we could have hoped for. The location of Gaucin was ideal - to get to Gibraltar, Estepona, Ronda, the Solheim Cup, and other places we were keen to explore. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms when we arrived, but the hosts arrived within 30 minutes to resolve it for us, and all was good. Thoroughly recommend the villa, thanks to the hosts for a great break, and we'd have loved to have stayed longer!!!
