I definitely wouldn't call the property 4 star accommodation. Maybe some areas of it are but not ours. The room was quite dusty and there were rings on the table from when the previous occupant had been there. Breakfast was a disappointment and the coffee was in general very poor. I expected more from the stay and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gdansk.

Very good hotel unfortunately with some negative aspects. Sauna and fitness are much too small for such a large hotel and therefore unusable. As a status customer I did not get a room upgrade and the 60 PLN drink voucher is a joke. At the bar only the cheapest drinks are selectable which together cost no more than 40PLN.
