Decent hotel, 5mins walk from the central train station, good environment, easy to get necessities around, supportive and friendly staff, interesting elevators, good place to stay. Only thing I found inconveniencing was non-availability of clothes iron in the room and having to go to "ironing room" on the 8th floor in the hotel with your clothes, to iron them when needed.

We had a great stay. The room was great, super clean, not big but nicely set up. The little kitchenette was well equipped and very useful, the bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and helpful. One little negative is that the hotel smells a bit like cigarettes, even being in a non-smoking floor we could smell it through the air conditioning. Geneva is definitely a city of smokers, so it could be coming from outside.

It is really nice place with very friendly. staff. I love the self-contained room. My only criticism relates to trying to watch English channels - the reception is not great, the room itself is slightly on the smaller side. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice Hotel near Geneva Train Station
We had a 2bedroom, 2 bath family room that was only 3 min from the train station so was very convenient. Close to many restaurants and main tourist areas within Geneva. Rooms were spacious and comfortable and AC worked well. We only stayed 1 night but enjoyed our time there.

AC in one of the family rooms not working; horrible view; non-smoking family rooms but smoke smell everywhere; hallways loud at 1am with children screaming and doors slamming; breakfast not good. This hotel was described as “upscale”, I wouldn’t describe it as such. Service was however, quite pleasant, as they tried to remedy by moving us to another room.

Room was very warm but otherwise it was fine. Front desk check in was easy and staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent location to Cornavin train station and city center.

Less than great.
The location is excellent and next to the station. The staff are nice, but unfortunately, the AC had a leak and the rooms were warm. While this situation cannot be controlled, guests should have been informed prior and more fans should be available for comfort as well. Not acceptable for a 4 star hotel.

I realize it is the summer months but it was a known problem that the hotels air conditioning was not working in certain rooms. They were giving out fans upon check in. We did not sleep at all the entire night and when we complained they did nothing. The toilet was not connected to the sink and shower so you had to walk out and into another room to wash your hands. It was odd. The facility was also not a 4 star facility as listed.
