This was a great hotel that was just across the street from the train station. The staff was friendly; the rooms were comfortable and roomy. We had the room with the kitchenette. Also, there is ample shopping and dining options within minutes of the hotel.

I stay here often because it is near the train station and often my plane/train arrives too late to get home. This time, checkin took around 30 minutes because the clerk helped 2 women plan excursions instead of kindly request they come back when there were not 5 people waiting to check in. I was lucky to be next in line, the others waited far longer. I requested a wakeup call but it never happened. I was not offered or given a transport card, which is automatic for hotels in Geneva. I'll stay in one of them next.

Great location (next to train station, near the lake and tons of restaurants). Helpful staff. The hotel is a bit worn and dated but super clean, and the rooms are well designed to maximize space. It’s didn’t dine there so can’t comment on that. Highly recommend.
