There is a lot to say about this awful hotel. We booked this hotel a year ago when it showed 4 star rating and it appears it’s now 3 star. I don’t know how they achieved 3 star as they don’t deserve 1 star. We arrived at the hotel in evening to check in and the door was open and no staff to be seen - there is one staff left at night to deal with all issues of hotel - Annas was absolutely lovely and deserves 5 star for his service but the hotel service was appalling. We felt very unsafe at the hotel as anyone could walk in randomly. The hotel is very dated and fixtures are broken. We changed our room 5 times due to drainage smells, flies in second room, room not cleaned and full of dust on 3rd room and then bath blocked so we were unable to shower. The 5 room changes caused so much inconvenience and 3hrs to do. This caused alot of stress moving luggage’s and etc. it was late and we didnt need this after a busy day exploring.
The hotel management were aware of the issues and were not helpful in providing refund through Expedia or rectifying situation. Thankfully we only booked 1 night and we couldn’t wait to leave at 6am for our onward journey.
